Emirates Post has announced that it won its third International Express Mail Services accolade for outstanding Customer Services, making the UAE the only Arab country to win the award three times. Granted by the EMS unit of the Universal Postal Union, UPU, the award reaffirms the organisation’s position as leading postal, express delivery and courier firm that is able to meet ever-changing customer demands. Commenting on the award, Abdulla Mohammad Al Ashram, Acting CEO of Emirates Post Group, said, "Our postal service is designed with customers in mind as we know that individuals and organisations need a reliable partner when it comes to sending and receiving packages locally, regionally and internationally. To that end, we are proud to have been recognized and presented with this global accolade for the third time." As a member of the EMS Cooperative, Emirates Post took home the Customer Care Award after achieving a 100 percent rating for on-time response to incoming customer inquiries, quality responses and innovating its practices to ensure customers’ happiness. "We are currently focused on transforming our business ensuring it is able to meet the growing demands of the digital economy. Our priority as we move forward is to focus on innovation and advancing our offering so that Emirates Post continues to be seen as the leading postal partner of choice for individuals and businesses," Al Ashram concluded.
